Every request is reviewed individually. Treatment or medicine supply is never guaranteed.
- Severe pelvic or abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, fainting, pregnancy concerns or rapidly worsening symptoms need urgent clinical advice.
- Contraception and prescription treatment are supplied only after checking eligibility and possible medicine interactions.
- For UTI symptoms, Pharmacy First age and clinical criteria apply, and some symptoms need same-day GP or urgent-care assessment.

01Is the consultation confidential?
Yes. Your consultation is handled privately. Information is shared only when needed for safe care and in line with consent and legal requirements.
02Can a pharmacy provide the contraceptive pill?
Participating pharmacies can provide NHS consultations to start or continue oral contraception when clinical eligibility criteria are met.
03Can you help with emergency contraception?
Yes, subject to a confidential assessment. Contact us as soon as possible because the available options are time-sensitive.
