End User Licence Agreement

1. Agreement and scope

This agreement is between you and De Vere Pharma Ltd, trading as Belsize Priory Pharmacy. By accessing or using our public website, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

The licence covers the website interface, code and content made available at belsizepriorypharmacy.com. A linked app, payment provider or other third-party service may have a separate licence or terms, shown by that service.

2. Licence grant

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the website on a compatible device for lawful personal purposes. The licence does not transfer ownership of the software, branding, content or any intellectual-property rights.

3. Restrictions

Except where law expressly permits, you must not:

• copy, sell, sublicense, rent, redistribute or commercially exploit the website or a substantial part of it;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to discover source code, security controls or non-public interfaces;
• bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malware or disrupt the website;
• use automation to extract content at a scale that burdens the service or infringes rights;
• misrepresent an affiliation with us or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or unsafe activity; or
• remove copyright, trade mark or regulatory notices.

4. Health and safety

The website interface does not diagnose conditions, issue prescriptions or replace a consultation. Clinical decisions are made by appropriately responsible professionals using the information available to them. You must provide accurate information and follow the label, patient leaflet and professional advice supplied with any medicine.

Do not use the website for emergency care. Call 999 in an emergency or use NHS 111 for urgent help that is not an emergency.

5. Third-party services and devices

You are responsible for your device, internet access and any charges from your provider. Embedded booking software and independent websites opened through a link may be governed by additional provider terms. Their availability, security, accessibility and content may depend on those providers.

6. Availability, maintenance and updates

We may maintain, secure, update, change or withdraw features where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Keep your browser and device software updated and use appropriate security controls.

Updates to this EULA will be published on this page. If a material change affects an ongoing paid service, the applicable service terms and your statutory rights continue to apply.

7. Suspension and termination

This licence ends automatically if you materially breach it. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect patients, the public, our systems or legal compliance. Provisions concerning intellectual property, liability and governing law continue after termination.

8. Liability and governing law

Nothing in this EULA limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excludes your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, the website is provided for personal use and we are not liable for business losses or loss caused by unauthorised use, incompatible devices, third-party systems or events outside our reasonable control.

This EULA is governed by the law of England and Wales, while consumers retain any mandatory local protections that apply to them.
